Q: How do I book?

Once you have decided on a picnic, simply request an appointment by emailing us with your preferred event date, time, location. As soon as we receive your booking request, we will contact you to approve your picnic. To secure your spot, a non-refundable 50% booking fee will be due. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before your scheduled picnic. 

Q: ARE THERE SPECIFIC LOCATIONS FOR YOUR PICNIC SET UPS?

A: Our picnics can be set up pretty much anywhere within 15 miles of Columbia, MO whether it be a private location (e.g. your house or backyard) or a public location (e.g. a park or trail). Our most popular parks are Stephen’s Lake and Rock Bridge State Park. You will not need a permit to have one of our picnics set up in these parks, nor any park that falls under the City rules. Q: How far in advance do I need to book?

A: We typically require a minimum of 7 day notice for a wondery picnic booking. If there is a special date you have in mind, please contact us as soon as possible to reserve.

Q: Can we use your picnic set ups for more than the set time-slot?

A: Yes, we are happy to allow you to use the setting for a longer period if availability permits, this must be arranged with us in advance. An additional fee will be charged.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings on the basis of bad weather so please check the forecast in advance. If you have already booked and later discover it is going to rain, we will always try to accommodate last minute location changes (e.g. to a sheltered area/indoor location). We will also make accommodations for a reschedule date up to 6 months.
